With a new administration in office in Washington, DC, some of you - the families that we care for - may be feeling an increased sense of uncertainty because of potential changes in federal policy in a number of areas. I feel it important to reiterate what we stand for at Allegro Pediatrics and assure you that we will give you whatever support we can to continue to make real this commitment to you. These are principles we have stood by since our inception 50 years ago.
Regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual identity/orientation, socioeconomic status, or age, we are committed to quality patient service, respect for each other, and professionalism.
We place great value in the diversity of our patients and staff which provides an opportunity for us to grow and learn from each other. We do not let fear or differences divide us.
We strive to provide a safe physical and psychological environment for our staff and for our patients and their families.
We protect and maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
Regardless of anything that is happening in our community or nation, we will remain committed to these principles. Thank you for entrusting us with the care of your children.
