A letter from Dr. Alison Scott:
Dear patients and families,
I am writing to let you know that I will be resigning from my partnership position at Allegro Pediatrics on April 1, 2019. This has been a challenging decision to come to, but it is the right one for me professionally and personally at this time.
Working for Allegro and with your families over the last 12 years has been an adventure of a lifetime. I have learned so much about my field, myself, and your wonderful children. Watching your kids grow and maneuver through life’s milestones has been an honor. I appreciate the opportunity to have been a part of your lives and am confident you will continue to find excellent care here at Allegro.
My colleagues at Allegro Pediatrics are the best bunch of physicians someone could hope to work with and alongside. I have the utmost respect for the doctors and staff here at Allegro. I hope to continue to practice pediatrics in a less permanent role and be able to still see you occasionally in the office.
Your children are our brightest future. Be happy, be healthy, and thank you again for sharing your experiences with me. I am forever grateful.
Alison Hodges Scott, MD, FAAP
