Edit Page Style Guide Control Panel

The Washington State Department of Health (DOH) has ended the Secretary of Health Mask Order requiring universal masking in healthcare facilities. Despite the mask order ending on April 3, 2023, healthcare facilities may choose to continue to require masks in their offices. DOH infection prevention and control guidance recommends masks for patients, healthcare providers, and visitors in healthcare settings.

Allegro Pediatrics recommends all individuals 2 years and older wear a mask in our clinics to support infection control. We require anyone experiencing symptoms of illness to wear a mask. At Allegro, we are committed to the health and safety of our patients, staff, and providers. Wearing a mask helps protect everyone in our clinics by preventing the spread of illness. We care for a variety of patients every day including newborn babies and medically fragile children and teens. Maintaining proper infection control measures helps keep our patients healthy, protects our most vulnerable patients, and supports the health of our staff and providers, so they are available when you need them most.

Thank you for your cooperation as we continue to take measures to ensure visits to our clinics are a safe experience for everyone.
