We are excited to announce the return of our Drive-Thru Flu Shot Clinics! Online scheduling is now available for current Allegro patients and pre-registered parents/caregivers.* A separate appointment must be made for each patient and parent/caregiver. It is okay to schedule at different times on the same day if you cannot find appointments in the same time slot to accommodate multiple patients. We ask that you arrive together at the earliest scheduled appointment time, and we can administer the flu shot to all siblings or household members scheduled for that day.
Schedule A Drive-Thru Flu Shot

*Parents/caregivers eligible to schedule a drive-thru flu vaccine at Allegro must have pre-registered by August 15th. Additional parents/caregivers cannot be scheduled at this time.
The flu vaccine is only available to patients 6 months and older. Depending on their age, some children may need 2 doses of the flu vaccine for best protection.
Children 9 years and older: 1 dose
Children 6 months through 8 years: Some may need 2 doses for best protection
How does the online scheduling system work?
Once you click the online link to schedule, you will be entered into a virtual line. When it is your turn to self-schedule, you will have 10 minutes to schedule your appointment(s). You only need to enter the line once, even if you need to make multiple appointments. After booking your first appointment, a confirmation page will appear. There is an option to “Click here to book another appointment” in the lower left corner of the confirmation page.
Where can I find the verification code needed when scheduling an appointment?
Verification codes are sent to the cell phone number on file for that specific patient or parent/caregiver. For example, when scheduling an appointment for mom, the verification code will be sent to the cell phone number entered on the pre-registration form for mom. The verification code for dad’s appointment will be sent to the cell phone number entered on the pre-registration form for dad.
Do siblings need separate appointments?
Yes, everyone must be scheduled for a separate appointment to ensure we have enough doses for a given day.
What if I can’t find appointments in the same time slot for each of my children?
A separate appointment must be made for each patient and parent/caregiver. We request that parents/caregivers schedule an appointment on the same day and time as the Allegro patient. If you cannot find enough available appointments at the same time to accommodate your family, it is okay to schedule at different times on the same day. We ask that you do arrive together at one of the scheduled appointment times. We will be able to give all registered individuals in the car their vaccine at that time.
One of my child’s caregivers did not pre-register to receive a flu vaccine. Is it too late to sign-up and schedule?
Unfortunately, we are not able to register any additional parents or caregivers at this time. The rest of our available flu vaccine must be prioritized for our patients.
What if my child has minor symptoms of illness?
Your child can still receive the flu shot if they have only minor symptoms of illness and test negative for COVID.
What if my child tests positive for COVID or is under quarantine for a COVID infection on the day of the drive-thru clinic?
If your child is positive for COVID or is under quarantine for a COVID infection on the day of the appointment, please cancel your appointment.
How can I cancel the appointment?
Appointments can be cancelled by selecting “Cancel” when you receive your pre-visit information via text/email 3 days prior to your appointment. You can also call our office and leave a cancellation voicemail.
Will you be offering other vaccines at this drive-thru clinic?
The flu vaccine will be the only vaccine offered at this clinic.
Can my child get the flu vaccine at their next appointment in clinic?
The flu vaccine for patients 6 months and older will be available at scheduled Well Child Check-ups and follow-up visits in early September.
