I want every child and family to feel comfortable asking questions and know they are being listened to.
Background
Morgan Sweet joined Allegro Pediatrics in 2026. She earned her undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University before completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Rush University. Morgan began her career as a nurse at Seattle Children’s, caring for children in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her nursing experience inspired her to become a pediatric nurse practitioner and focus on preventive, personalized care that helps children stay healthy as they grow.
Morgan’s approach to care is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. She takes time to listen, answer questions, and work with families to create care plans that reflect their priorities and values. During visits, she focuses on the whole child and includes young patients in conversations about their health in ways that are appropriate for their age and development.
One of Morgan’s favorite parts of pediatrics is building lasting relationships with families and watching children grow. She enjoys celebrating her patients’ milestones and successes while helping them develop the knowledge and confidence to take a more active role in their health as they get older.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys reading and listening to audiobooks, exploring the outdoors with her family, walking her dog, and taking group fitness classes. She is also a Gonzaga basketball and Seattle sports fan. Morgan lives in North Bend with her husband, young son, and their pit bull.
