*The "Request an Appointment" function on our patient portal is currently unavailable. We are working with Greenway Health to resolve the issue and will update this announcement when additional information is available.* 

Our patient portal, MyHealthRecord powered by Greenway Health, includes several great features. To help make managing your child’s healthcare more convenient, you can:

  • Ask a question, or securely message the care team
  • Request an appointment
  • Request copies of your child’s medical records
  • Update your patient information
  • Pay your bill

Please note that questions received through the portal are monitored during business hours, Monday through Friday. For urgent questions, please call (425) 827-4600.

If you are new to our patient portal…

If you would like to set up an account for our MyHealthRecord patient portal, please send us a message or call (425) 827-4600 and choose option 1. We will send you an invitation to register. Please note that the portal account holder's (parent/guardian's) name and birthdate (not the patient's) are required to log in.

If you had an account on our previous patient portal…

A new username and password will be required to log in to MyHealthRecord. To receive an invitation to register for the new portal, please send us a message or call (425) 827-4600 and choose option 1. Note that the portal account holder's (parent/guardian's) name and birthdate (not the patient's) are required to log in.
