I think I have the perfect job and feel so fortunate to be a pediatrician. My typical day is full of laughter, tears (not typically mine) and the occasional moment to be part of something huge for a family.

Background

Dr. Rick Keeler joined our practice in 2011. He grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, and joined the US Air Force after graduating high school. Dr. Keeler worked for four years as an aircraft mechanic, stationed both in the Midwest and overseas. After serving, he returned to California and studied biology at UC Santa Barbara and attended medical school at UC San Francisco. Dr. Keeler completed his pediatric residency at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, where he served as chief resident. He loves seeing the full breadth of pediatrics, but has a special interest in toddler feeding.

Dr. Keeler is married with two daughters. He is a San Francisco 49ers fan and, in his limited free time, enjoys golfing, running, photography, and meditation.

Occasionally, providers may not be accepting new patients. Please check with the receptionist when scheduling an appointment.
