Contact your Provider: You can securely message your Allegro care team through the Patient Portal. Questions received through the portal are only monitored during business hours, Monday through Friday.
Billing: If you have questions about your medical bill, please send us a secure message through our Patient Portal, or call the Allegro Business Office directly at (425) 460-5601.
Referrals: There is currently a delay in referrals processing, visit the Referrals page for more information. If you have questions about a referral, please call us at (425) 827-4600 and choose the option for “Billing and Referrals.”
Medical Records: Visit the Medical Records page for information and instructions on requesting medical records. Immunization records can be requested here. You may fax the Allegro Medical Records Office directly at (425) 460-3374 for other requests.
