Evaluation of an urgent illness or injury. Visits may be made for the first available time slot or with the provider of your choice. Available 7 days a week.
Well Care Check-Up
A routine, preventative wellness exam or physical with your child’s Primary Care Provider.
Newborn
Urgent visits or Well Care Check-ups for babies up to 30 days old. Urgent visits are available on weekends.
New Medical Concern
Evaluation of a new medical concern with your child's Primary Care Provider.
Weekend Care
Our Bothell and Bridle Trails clinics are open on the weekends for illness and injury care, by appointment only. Scheduling for weekend appointments is available 24 hours in advance.
Virtual Visits
Sick, follow-up, Behavioral Health, forms consultation, and eTravel visits can be seen virtually. Patients must be located in the US at the time of the visit.
Immunizations
In clinic immunization only visits for the flu shot, COVID vaccine, or routine immunizations, including nirsevimab.
Behavioral Health
New Concern & Medication Check
Triage of a new Behavioral Health concern or medication check for a Behavioral Health concern previously diagnosed by your child’s Primary Care Provider.
Follow-Up
Follow-up visit for an existing medical concern with your child's Primary Care Provider.

Our online scheduling system allows established patient families to visit our website at any time and schedule an appointment for your child when it’s convenient for you. Scheduling the correct appointment type for your child will help their care team prepare for the visit and make for a better experience at the appointment.
