Drive-Thru Vaccine Clinic Information

We are excited to announce the return of our Drive-Thru Vaccine Clinics! Online scheduling is now available for current Allegro patients and pre-registered parents/caregivers.*

What vaccines will be offered?
  • Flu Shot: Flu shots will be offered on September 13, September 21, October 4, and October 11 to current Allegro patients (6 months and older) and pre-registered parents/caregivers. FluMist and high-dose flu vaccines will not be offered.
  • COVID Vaccine: We anticipate the 2025-2026 COVID vaccine will be available on October 4 and October 11 to Allegro patients (6 months - 18 years old). COVID is not available for parents/caregivers.
  • Please note that the flu shot and COVID vaccine are two separate shots, not a combined shot.
When are the drive-thru clinics?

8am - 4pm, by appointment only, on the following days:

  • Saturday, September 13: Flu shot only
  • Sunday, September 21: Flu shot only
  • Saturday, October 4: Flu shot and/or COVID vaccine
  • Saturday, October 11: Flu shot and/or COVID vaccine
Where are the drive-thru clinics located?

In the parking lot of our Bothell clinic: Allegro Pediatrics - Bothell, 11724 NE 195th St., Bothell, WA 98011. Please note that our Bothell clinic will not be open for in-clinic appointments during our drive-thru clinics.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Visit our Schedule a Visit page to book an appointment online. Everyone expecting to receive a shot at our drive-thru clinics must have the correct appointment scheduled.

A separate appointment must be made for each patient and parent/caregiver. It is okay to schedule at different times on the same day if you cannot find appointments in the same time slot to accommodate multiple patients. We ask that you arrive together at the earliest scheduled appointment time, and we will administer the vaccine(s) to all siblings or household members scheduled for that day.

*Parents/caregivers eligible to schedule a drive-thru flu vaccine at Allegro must have pre-registered by August 15th. Additional parents/caregivers cannot be scheduled at this time.

    COVID Vaccine Information

The Washington State Department of Health (DOH) supports evidence-based COVID-19 vaccine recommendations from trusted national medical associations and encourages Washingtonians to protect themselves from COVID-19 through vaccination.

To make access easier, effective September 4, 2025, the DOH has issued a statewide standing order. This allows qualified healthcare providers to give the COVID vaccine to anyone 6 months and older.

Therefore, all individuals in Washington are eligible to receive the 2025–2026 COVID vaccine. You do not need a prescription, special paperwork, or a certain health condition to qualify.

If you or your child plans to receive the vaccine at a pharmacy, the DOH recommends bringing a printed or digital copy of the standing order. If your child receives the vaccine at Allegro Pediatrics, only an appointment is needed.

As a reminder, we expect to receive our COVID vaccine supply in clinics by October. We encourage all current patients (aged 6 months – 18 years) who want the vaccine to schedule an appointment at our October Drive-Thru Vaccine Clinics.

Please visit the DOH for more information regarding the statewide standing order for the COVID-19 vaccine.

Important Information: Insurance may not cover the 2025–2026 COVID vaccine. Families may be responsible for the cost, depending on eligibility and insurance benefits. If not covered, the out-of-pocket price is $200 per dose.

      Flu Shot Dosing Information

The flu vaccine is only available to patients 6 months and older. Depending on their age, some children may need 2 doses of the flu vaccine for best protection.

Children 9 years and older: 1 dose

Children 6 months through 8 years: If your child has not had 2 flu doses in the past, they will need 2 doses this year, given at least 4 weeks apart

      Frequently Asked Questions

How does the online scheduling system work?

Once you click the online link to schedule, you will be entered into a virtual line. When it is your turn to self-schedule, you will have 10 minutes to schedule your appointment(s). You only need to enter the line once, even if you need to make multiple appointments. After booking your first appointment, a confirmation page will appear. There is an option to “Click here to book another appointment” in the lower left corner of the confirmation page.

Where can I find the verification code needed when scheduling an appointment?

Verification codes are sent to the cell phone number on file for that specific patient or parent/caregiver.

What should I do if I experience technical difficulties or receive an error message when trying to schedule?

Our scheduling system occasionally experiences outages when a large volume of users are scheduling appointments. We ask for your patience in advance and ask that you try scheduling again the next day. We anticipate having more than enough availability to accommodate our patients and pre-registered parents/caregivers. We will send out an update if we experience any major outages.

Does everyone in my household need a separate appointment?

Yes, everyone must be scheduled for a separate appointment to ensure we have enough doses for a given day.

What if I can’t find appointments in the same time slot for all the Allegro patients and parents/caregivers in my household?

A separate appointment must be made for each patient and parent/caregiver. We request that parents/caregivers schedule an appointment on the same day and time as the Allegro patient. If you cannot find enough available appointments at the same time to accommodate your family, it is okay to schedule at different times on the same day. We ask that you do arrive together at one of the scheduled appointment times. We will be able to give all registered individuals in the car their vaccine at that time.

One of my child’s caregivers did not pre-register to receive a flu shot. Is it too late to sign-up and schedule?

Unfortunately, we are not able to register any additional parents or caregivers at this time. The rest of our available flu shots must be prioritized for our patients.

What if my child has minor symptoms of illness?

Your child can still receive the flu shot and/or COVID vaccine if they have only minor symptoms of illness.

How can I cancel the appointment?

Appointments can be cancelled by selecting “Cancel” when you receive your pre-visit information via text/email 3 days prior to your appointment. You can also call our office and leave a cancellation voicemail.

Can my child get the flu and/or COVID vaccine at their next appointment in clinic?

The flu vaccine for patients 6 months and older is available at scheduled Well Child Check-ups and follow-up visits. We will have a very limited number of immunization only appointments that can be scheduled for flu shots in clinic. The 2025-2026 COVID vaccine is not yet available in clinic, but we anticipate it will be available at in-clinic appointments in October.

I am a parent/caregiver who pre-registered for the Drive-Thru Vaccine Clinic. Can I receive my flu shot at a regular in clinic appointment with my child?

Parents/caregivers are only eligible to receive a flu shot at Allegro during our drive-thru clinics, not during a regular in-clinic appointment.

I am a parent/caregiver who pre-registered for the Drive-Thru Vaccine Clinic. Can I receive a COVID vaccine at the drive-thru clinics in October?

Unfortunately, parents/caregivers are not eligible to receive the COVID vaccine at Allegro at this time. The COVID vaccine is only available to current Allegro patients, ages 6 months to 18 years old.
